Hi Keith. That is a bit odd that you get 4 emails as you shouldn't, but in the email you get.. scroll to the bottom and click the unsubscribe. You will be brought to a web page, put a check mark next to the subscribed boxes and remove it. Hope that helps.

Once I originally commented I clicked the -Notify me when new feedback are added- checkbox and now each time a remark is added I get four emails with the same comment. Is there any means you'll be able to remove me from that service? Thanks!

Maybe registrar need to have feature of Paypal subscription..... So they will charge to Paypal automatically.... Customer only need to keep their credit card detail up-to-date on single place, Paypal..... No need update to all registrars...... NB: Paypal only for example, other provider may suit too :)

A former client just had their domain expire... I noticed it when I got the DomainTools alert. They were slow to renew it, but they finally did after my call and fax. Noticed the other day that they renewed it for 10 years. Was debating if I should email them and tell them good job... but I bet it expires in 10 years! It's fine they wanted to work on their own site from now on, but I think they regret taking over the hosting and domain ownership, too.
