Lending.net Domain Expired

Lending.net expired on 1-16-2011 at Network Solutions and is currently listed in the Pre-Release section at NameJet.com with auction start date of 2-22-2011! So far, 24 bidders have placed the minimum required bid to be in the auction when it starts.

Lending.net domain name auction at Namejet.com

If this domain makes it all the way to auction, expect it to sell for A LOT! On the flip side, the past owner still has time to renew… so the domain may never reach auction! Only time will tell, but this is a very valuable asset to simply allow it to expire!

Wild name to see here. Lending.net is a monster of course and will reach $100K at the least. Saw a name go up on Namejet with 24 hours to go and it was a good friend’s name LOL. Called him up and said, “John, you letting xxxxxx.com go?” Goes, what are you talking about? Had to clue him in he was losing a $20K name. Said his CTO handles that. Got renewed about an hour later.

Likely to be renewed–that is, if the owner hasn’t died or isn’t too ill.

Meanwhile, the buzzards are circling above, including Namejet and Netsol.

    :)

Yes, it is kind of strange Namejet auctions off names which theoretically the current registrant can still renew and reclaim even after the auction has concluded.

Sucks that it will go to Namejet.

Anyone want the contact info of the owner?
