Okay, okay! This is my last post about the Super Bowl and it’s ads! The only reason I am posting so much about them is you can LEARN so much about them!

According to Google Trends Feb 1, 2009 (rolling picture, day of the super bowl) the most popular search term for the 24 hours in that day was…..  "hang in there jack"

What? Not Godaddy, or Vizio or Hulu?

Although the Jack In The Box commercial didn’t play for me locally, it did play in some regions. See more at HangInThereJack.com . Creative Marketing for sure! Related searches took up 3 of the top 13 Google Trends spots! #1  "hang in there jack", #4 "hangintherejack" and #13"jack in the box".

Did this advertising "stick"? According to Google Trends today, No, to me!

How did the other advertisers do? Google Trends for Feb 1 have Super Bowl commercial related searches for Super Bowl Ads #3 Dennys free grand slam #11 Vizio #12 Denny’s locations #14 Denny’s #21 Hyundai genesis coupe #24 Godaddy #37 Vizio hdtv #39 Hulu #45 Vizio tv #72 Land Of The Lost (movie) #74 Pepsuber #88 Marquis Jet #95 jackinthebox

What searches are showing up "The Day After" the Super Bowl ads were run? Feb 2, 2009 via Google Trends Part way through the day…

#35 Doritos Commercial #41 eTrade Commercials #42 Go daddy Commercials #57 etrade baby commercials #69 career builder commercial.

Vizio looked to had done something right the Day Of, but failed to follow up day two! It was reported Vizio’s site crashed (near bottom) and could be the reason behind the 2nd day No Searches. The same goes for Denny’s in the same article. Godaddy.com, eTrade.com and CarrerBuilder.com appear to be the 3 winners! Hmmm all "online companies"…
