I was watching a little TV last night and saw a pretty inspirational video on the internet company Zappos.com . Zappos is well known for it’s shoe sales and is expanding into clothing, handbags and even cookware! The company started 9 years ago and it sure looks like a fun place to work. Heck, they even pay 100% of health insurance, free lunch and a whole bunch more!

If they do not have the shoes the customer is looking for in stock, they send them to a company that does have them! I’m sure several of these reasons back that fact that 75% of customers return for future business!

This just shows that thinking outside the box and taking risks does pay off.
